Our team will come alongside trusted local leaders to encourage, equip, and share the love of Jesus in this breathtaking country with its extraordinary people.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Application
- Background check
- Passport in hand and must not expire within 6 months from trip departure date
- Interview conducted by team leader
- Pay $200 non-refundable trip deposit
- Signed Radiant Leader Honor Code
Restrictions
- Actively serving on a Radiant Dream Team or leading a Radiant Group
- Must be 18 or older
Preparation
- Complete all required forms
- Complete all training sessions
- Fundraise 100% of ground fees by 90 days ahead of trip departure
- Complete 100% of total fundraising (including airfare) by 60 days ahead of departure
