This trip is an invitation to step into the everyday lives of people in Medan—and to see them through the eyes of Christ. As we serve alongside local church members, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of the urgent call to reach those who don’t yet know Jesus.
Together, our team will help equip and encourage these local believers to launch a sustainable, relationship-driven outreach program. Their mission is to return to the same communities multiple times throughout the year, building trust, showing love, and creating consistent opportunities to share the Gospel.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Application
- Background Check
- Passport in hand and must not expire within 6 months from trip departure date
- Interview conducted by team leader
- Pay $200 non-refundable trip deposit
- Signed Radiant Leader Honor Code
Restrictions
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Actively serving on a Radiant Dream Team or leading a Radiant Group
Preparation
- Complete all required forms
- Complete all training sessions
- Fundraise 100% of ground fees by 90 days ahead of trip departure
- Complete 100% of total fundraising (including airfare) by 60 days ahead of departure
