You’ll get to invest in students and education projects, share the love of Jesus through evangelism and discipleship, and roll up your sleeves for hands-on work in construction or community outreach. You'll also help bring hope and healing by supporting our nutrition program and fighting food insecurity.
It’s more than a mission trip—it’s a chance to live out your calling and be part of something bigger than yourself.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Background Check (if over 18 years of age)
- Parents willing to sign consent forms if participant is younger than 18
- Passport in hand and must not expire within 6 months from trip departure date
- Actively serving on Radiant Dream Team
- Application
- Interview conducted by team leader
- Pay $200 non-refundable trip deposit
- Signed Radiant Leader Honor Code
Restrictions
- 16+
- Must be in or just graduated high school
- Actively serving on Radiant Dream Team or leading a Radiant Group
Preparation
- Complete all required forms
- Complete all training sessions
- Fundraise 100% of ground fees by 90 days ahead of trip departure
- Complete 100% of total fundraising (including airfare) by 60 days ahead of departure
