On this trip, the ministry for teams will be broken up into 4 phases:
1. Cultural understanding of Buddhist worldview: Seeing Temples and understanding barriers to the gospel.
2. Church partnership: We spend a few days equipping a local church and partnering with them and ministry.
3. Pioneer work: Everyone will have an opportunity to share the gospel with a Buddhist person who has never heard it. This will be through a community program, educating on human trafficking, or an English camp in a school where they intentionally create environments for our team to engage in pioneer work.
4. Human Trafficking Awareness: We’ll spend one day doing human trafficking prevention and educational awareness with A21.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Application
- Background Check
- Passport in hand and must not expire within 6 months of departure date
- Interview conducted by team leader
- Pay $200 non-refundable trip deposit
- Signed Radiant Leader Honor Code
Restrictions
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Actively serving on a Radiant Dream Team or leading a Radiant Group
Preparation
- Complete all required forms
- Complete all training sessions
- Fundraise 100% of ground fees by 90 days ahead of trip departure
- Complete 100% of total fundraising (including airfare) by 60 days ahead of departure
